Each room is also equipped with air conditioning, TV, and a refrigerator, to ensure the maximum comfort during your stay. Additionally, you will be able to connect to the free Wi-Fi available in all rooms. Our goal is to offer you a quality stay at affordable prices, in order to meet your needs and save money. If you wish to have breakfast, you can purchase it at the bar in front of the B&B. Alternatively, we offer you the possibility to use the microwave to heat your meals and the electric kettle to prepare tea or herbal infusions.
You have the option to make a reservation and choose whether you would like to have breakfast included (which will be served at the bar across the street) or not. Either way, our guests can enjoy a special 10% discount to have breakfast at the pastry bar located below our accommodation.

Across from our cozy Bed and Breakfast, you will find a spacious Self Service, where you can enjoy gastronomic specialties, focaccias, pastries, and coffee. You will also find a renowned perfume shop, a WindTre store, a tobacco shop, a laundry service, a household goods store, a gift shop with electronics, and an underwear store, all just a few steps away. Additionally, about 30 meters away, there are car and motorcycle repair shops. Tram and bus stops are easily accessible. You will find snack and beverage vending machines both inside our facility and at the entrance of the complex. There is also a taxi stand in front of our B&B. Just 10 meters away, there is a bank with an ATM. Furthermore, at 30 meters, you can take advantage of a self-service laundry. The area is quiet and safe, many of our guests park their cars on the street without any issues. However, street parking cannot be reserved and may not always be available. For those who wish, there is a private underground and monitored parking lot available about 150 meters away, for a fee, with the need to book it one day in advance. We would like to remind you that we do not have a dining service, but if you would like to have breakfast, you can use the bar in front of our B&B.
